Some have gone as far legitimately claiming you can make the money with one easy click, while others try to sound a little more realistic by claiming, it should only be done in your extra time. The idea of working from home, to some seems like the easiest way and does not require any effort; however this could not be further from the truth. DID THE AMERICAN CIVIL RIGHTS MOVEMENT END IN 1964?

The fight for civil liberties is one that the African- American community has tried to fight for, for many decades. These are the rights of any man that is declared free on the basis of the constitution and right to life. However this has not been so as this fight has been made even more evident with yet another man of color being killed at the hands law enforcement, George Floyd.
As one looks at the state of the United States of America, it is evident that the civil rights movements which as history records was from the 1940s to 1960s did not end when the Civil Rights Act of 1964 was signed but rather it would be the beginning of a battle that today has seen the law favor the white American in favor of the African-American. These words by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr out rightly echo the fight that every person of color seeks to be a part of. “when the architects of our Republic wrote the magnificent words of the constitution and the Declaration of Independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every American was to fall heir. This not was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the unalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. It is obvious today that America has defaulted on this promissory note insofar as citizens of color are concerned”.
These words which were spoken over 50 years ago seem as though they were uttered for the injustice that the people who were sworn in to protect and observe the law, are today segregating justice based on race, and skin color. It is these that today the people of color are still at war fighting for what was promised to them, or was the law written to protect some and the others fall outside the justice system of the law. In spite of the fact that the officers involved have seen fired and the officer Derek Chauvin as been charged with 3rd Degree murder and 2nd Degree manslaughter which could only result in him been sentenced to 12 and a half years that is still is injustice as intent can be seen in the video that circulated on the internet where George Floyd constantly, shouted “I can’t breathe”. Intent to kill was present and he did not present any threat as he was on the ground in handcuffs.
As it stands the charges need to be revisited and the charge of 1st degree murder need to be entered. The question that one ought to ask is if the roles were changed would the man of color be given the same charge or would the charge one that is greater. As long as the people feel the charge brought forth is unfair the demonstrations will only act as a trigger for future riots so long as justice has not prevailed.
If America truly is the land of the free and the home of the brave, then Justice needs to prevail and the fight toward civil liberties for all need to be enacted. However as it stands the civil rights movement never ended, even the election of the first black president has shown how broken the justice system is and how unfavorable the justice system is. The election of a black president would have been to show that America had turned a new chapter and all men were equal, however, what has been shown could not be further from the truth. All lives matter and the law and justice system should protect all lives, including black lives.
Recent unfoldings in the US make sad reading for developing and under performing democracies as found in countries across the world and more so such as ours Zambia.
Soon we go to the polls to elect parliament and President and the issues surrounding these elections are already in bing disputed ranging from the eligibility of the sitting President to contest the election to the voters registration. One would have hoped to look to the USA for guidance but sadly their own performance is so shambolic that they are quickly disqualifying themselves as a model.
Sitting here and watching and replaying the scenario over there to here is disheartening. The basic principle of democracy is one man one vote amid transparency and open verification. Without either one of these its a recipe for disaster and ends up in courts of law. And as we have seen , read and heard even the very US courts are not functioning as anchored on the constitution and law , yet as per interpretation of the Judges based on their political inclination and ideology.
The extreme message and lesson from this will echo world-wide. Ambassadors from the US will no longer be able to approach local hst nations and have the moral authority to call them out on any election interference or fraud for the USA has led a new path legitimizing this for the benefit of power hungry grabbers.
We have all seen and witnessed the US authorities go after politicians and their children from across the world for corruption, graft and larceny. Yet here we have the son of a presidential candidate who may soon be President Joe Biden pulling in hundreds of millions of dollars. Yet since it suits them they sweep it under the carpet and say its disinformation. It would be laughable if it was not so tragic.
The consequences of role models becoming rogues and bullies adds only strength to oppressors and further divides an already fragile world. As the rich amass wealth in such a manner the growing gaps in inequality fuel tensions locally and globally that sooner rather than later spiral out of control into armed conflicts.
while the military industrial complex and their political puppets and cronies may rejoice in this, it is misery , death and agony plus ,starvation for ten of millions of innocents.
The marginalised and democracy expectant peoples looked to the USA is an example a shining example to hold before the eyes of the tyrants holding nations at gunpoint without the rule of laws and right to be heard.
Its truly pathetic that the two most critical lessons and achievements of mankind in 2020 are the COVID 19 pandemic and the USA 2020 catastrophic election , we wait with bated breath to see the conclusion of both sorry tales that highlight the abject failure of mans pursuit of power and glory.

JOHANNESBURG - The Gauteng High Court has dismissed an application by former Gauteng Health MEC Bandile Masuku challenging a report by the Special Investigating Unit (SIU). Masuku approached the court on an urgent basis wanting preliminary findings by the SIU against him set aside. Those findings were used as a basis for his axing by Premier David Makhura in October. The SIU found that he had failed to provide oversight and uphold the Constitution of the country along with the regulations in the Public Finance Management Act. It was investigating irregular tender processes of COVID-19 resources. Masukus then department had granted the late Chief Madzikane Diko a multi-million rand tender to procure personal protective equipment. The SIUs Kaizer Kganyago: "We are really excited that the full bench of the High Court has dismissed Dr Bandile Masuku's application. This is an affirmation that we are doing things in a fair manner. ‘Genesis Noir’: A stunning game about love, murder, joy and the Big Bang - The Washington Post
If a crime writer, a cosmologist and a mythologist collaborated on a video game, the result might be “Genesis Noir,” the most conceptually audacious game to hit digital storefronts in many moons.
Genesis Noir unfolds through a series of title cards interspersed between playable sections. The cards set out the principles of the Big Bang Theory an explosion of energy gave birth to our universe. Like a refrain, they also circle back to the subject of myth as it relates to the human propensity to come to terms with the mysteries and verities that underwrite existence through archetypal stories. Here, these stories take the form of events that span the range of creation from the flowering of life in a bed of water to the world-devouring darkness precipitated by a black hole. Story continues below advertisement Players assume the role of No Man, a tall thin man who sports the standard garb of a noir hero: a trench coat and a hat. Late in the game he is referred to by different names: the Eternal Demon, Beat Brother, Ancestral Spirit, and Time Traveler, which reinforce the notion that he is more of a symbol than a conventional character; thus, his actions should be read metaphorically. At the start of the game, we find him selling watches out of his coat pockets to various pedestrians on the street like a peddler of illicit goods. Returning to his home in a clock tower he finds a number written on a napkin belonging to a love interest. After dialing the number on a rotary phone he hears distressed sounds coming from the other end before the line abruptly clicks off. Racing, falling and crawling on stairs and streets that take on impossible angles he arrives at a building where he wrenches on the door handle until the door shatters like a pane of glass. Bursting into a room, he sees another man point a gun at a woman and pull the trigger. In Genesis Noirs cosmology, this event is the cause of the Big Bang. The would-be victim is Miss Mass, a singer who leads a band called the Divine Jazz Section. Her assailant is her bandmate and erstwhile lover Golden Boy, a saxophone player who is made jealous by her dalliance with No Man. Viewed through the lens of the Big Bang, the symbolic relationship of these three is clear. Miss Mass held the universe of the band together until her head was turned by No Man. In a fit of jealousy, Golden Boy shoots Miss Mass and triggers an explosion of energy that echoes throughout time and space elements that are associated with No Man, who takes it upon himself to literally peer into the explosion to see if there is a way that he might be able to reverse it. For the first two-thirds of the game, players return repeatedly to the crime scene where the propulsive force of the gunshot from Golden Boys handgun hangs in the air like a frozen, elongated balloon. Moving a cursor inside the narrowly demarcated blast radius one comes across dots or particles that can be clicked on. Some of these yield dead ends while others lead to stages that take No Man to different points in the evolution of Earth from an ancient Greek amphitheater to a feudal Japanese countryside to jazz-age Harlem to the laboratory of a supercollider and finally to a place of shape-shifting spirits. These places are punctuated with puzzles that see No Man doing such things as trading riffs with a musician, planting seeds in a garden and bearing witness to the killing of a mythological animal whose face becomes that of a constellation. Genesis Noirs hopscotch approach to gameplay keeps things fresh and unexpected. On an audiovisual level its beautiful jazz score and ultrarefined minimalist line art are entrancing. Alas, I did come across a few bugs on the Xbox version that required a couple of restarts when a puzzle broke and the screen froze. I also had to duck out to the pause menu a few times to make the on-screen cursor work. Regardless, I hope a few glitches, which will likely be resolved in an update, dont dampen anyones curiosity. As someone who plays too many conventional games I relished spending time with something so unusual. Overall, there is a richness to the games aesthetic form which unfortunately leaves me with the unsettling feeling that I havent done it proper justice.
